Our saxophone teachers not only teach - they also learn! And by that, we mean they learn about you - how you learn best, your goals, when is the right time to push and when is it time bask in success. They are going to tailor each and every lesson to you. Through any style of music you'd like - from pop to classical - and whether you'd like to improve for your school band, play for yourself or play in a different kind of band, your goals are our goals. We strive to always balance musicianship and fun.
Each week, students are led through physical exercises to improve their technical range, ear training, breath control, rhythmic accuracy and more. Each student sets goals with their teacher, whether it's technical - improve their upper register, learn to play smoother - or performance related - to feel comfortable doing a solo in band. Saxophone lessons also offer all the benefits of any music lesson - teaching self-reliance and self-esteem, working toward a goal, feeling a sense of accomplishment and improving grades. Let us help!

Did you know? Saxophone lessons teach physical control while utilizing that creative side of your brain. With breathing and rhythm exercises, a student learns the physical disciplines needed to master the instrument, while the expression of the emotions and intents of a song teach focused action. Plus, they’ll be having so much fun, they won’t even realize they’re learning something.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT DO YOU LEARN IN YOUR SAXOPHONE LESSONS?
That question is often asked by prospective students. Our teachers make it a priority to get to know you on a personal level and to become familiar with your personal musical needs and goals.
We do not treat every student the same in terms of what and how we teach.
A seven-year-old having their first guitar lesson will have very different needs than a fifty-seven year old taking up piano for the 2nd time after having had lessons as a child.
The main reason to choose Stacey De as your music lesson provider is that we are sensitive to the fact that every student is an individual.
When you enroll here for lessons, we will work with you to make a plan that will fit your needs and musical preferences. At the first lesson your teacher will ask you about your favorite type of music, and set goals to help accomplish whatever musical aspirations you have for yourself or your child.
WHAT STYLES OF MUSIC DO YOU TEACH?
We teach all styles from rock, pop, jazz, country, blues and classical.
RATES
$35.00 per 30 minute private lesson held once a week.
There is an annual registration fee of $25.00
