Musical Theatre Workshops

All of our workshops are fully-staged and costumed; everyone gets something to do!  We do have an audition via video submission, then the first day of class involves reading  from scenes and learning a dance (I promise it's easy!)  We think learning to audition is an essential life skill (Hello --- job interview, anyone!?) but we do make sure it's as comfortable as possible.

Anyone is welcome to register!  You do not need to be a  current Stacey De student.

ALADDIN JR
When:   Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 1pm
Dates:  June 1st - June 12th (ticketed performance on June 12th evening, possibly June 13th evening if needed)
Ages:  8-12

Step into a whole new world of creativity and confidence in our Aladdin Musical Theatre Workshop! This exciting 2-week adventure gives young performers the chance to sing, dance, and act their way through a beloved story filled with magic, humor, and unforgettable characters. Participants will build stage skills, make new friends, and experience the thrill of bringing a live production to life—all in a fun and supportive environment. Whether you're a seasoned performer or brand new to the stage, this workshop is your chance to shine—don’t miss out on the adventure!  

DESCENDANTS JR
When:   Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 1pm
Dates:  June 15th - June 26th (ticketed performance on June 26th evening, possibly June 27th evening if needed)
Ages:  8-12

FREAKY FRIDAY JR
When:   Monday - Friday, 10am-2pm
Dates:  July 13th - July 24th (ticketed performance on July 24th evening)
Ages:  13-18
​Tuition:  $400

STRING WORKSHOPS
When:  Wednesday, Thursday, Friday   2-3pm
       Session 1:   June 24-26th
      Session 2:  July 8-10th
      Session 3:  July 29-31st
​Tuition:  $100 (per session)
(Since every session is customized to the group in it, feel free to sign up for more than one session! )

Keep your mad skillz going throughout the summer with this fun workshop!  You'll get Wired Wednesdays (try out electric string instruments!), Technique Thursdays (a fun way to work on scales and posture) and Fun Fridays (games and jams with sneaky learning :) ).  Available for all string instrument types and levels!
